Universal Laser Systems Help?

Hi,

I have an old (1992) 25W Universal Laser but I am at a loss as to how to store programs. I can change programs and reset pulse width and frequency, for a session, but it resets to the original stuff after turning off and on.

I contacted ULS but they have nothing going back that far. They guessed it was a model 1600 or 1700 from the pics I sent them.

I need a user manual and on the wild off-chance, would anyone have a schematic of the electronics for one of these models?

I have a Universal Laser ULS25E that was made in 1996. That will not store programs when you power down, if you put it in standby it saves them but as soon as you kill the power it erases them. I would assume that yours does the same. They dont support these old ones anymore.

I have a 2005 V460 and it dose the same that just the way their made
your wasmore then likley built by Synard in the 90'S might check them out

, yeah, I did. It was a key sequence. I can't remember it right now, but I am sure I have it written down somewhere. It was something like 0, Save, program-number all in rapid succession. That would save the current displayed program to the program-number.

Not sure what they save it in but when I first got this thing running after it had been sitting for several years, it still had the programs.
