Hi all, I'm experiencing a problem with my control panel for a versalaser. Whenever I send a job to print, the print job no. increases, showing that the control panel registers a new print job but the trouble is, shown on the viewer is not the print job that I sent but rather it keeps repeating one particular older job. I'm using an advanced driver with a vista platform, even after reinstalling it, the problem persists. I'm wondering if any of you guys experienced this trouble before and if so, how did you rectify it?  |
