I'm ganging together 3 sheets of .10 mylar and cutting 3mil circles on them. The top two sheets cut fine but, the holes on the bottom sheet aren't cut completly. The laser is cutting through but it's like the starting and ending point of the circle, and it's the same point on all the circles. I'm using corel draw for the circles and rip and using a helix 35w epilog. I've also tried different power and speed levels. Any help would be appreciated. thanks Dennis |

| I'm sure this will sound odd, but try this. We have same problem and all we do is raise the target material a hair so it's not setting on the bottom grate and then the laser cuts all the way thru. We use washers distributed around the bottom grate. Don't ask me why......I'm not a laser guy, lol. I'm sure there is an explanation. Try it, it may help, sure beats wasting material, and eventually a laser guy will see this thread and 'splain to us both. Hope it works for you. Laterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr |
