| I am looking at getting a 120w-150w Laser from China. I have been told that at this power they are less stable. Is this your experience? Do you have any advice on getting a Chinese Laser with 80w power or greater? Warren |

| If your cutting any thin sections clean through, the Corian can warp. I make harmonicas from Corian and some colors are unusable. I know that sounds weird but darker colors get allot hotter than light colors. I cut it at 4 inches per min using a 2hp Hitachi router, 2 flute endmill. I am also using an Exair cold air gun. It helps allot but some colors still warp. I tried running some through a planer ( scary) and it warped the h@ll out of it. Beautiful finish though. |
