Hi Paiox, speed between 500 -1000, power 50% to 80% depending on the speed, the gap is the normal lense gap (Focus heigth?) , is the same for all your jobs. You have to find the best tunning for each material. Some rubbers melt and the most of them make a lot of smoke, Luis

you can start with a gap of 0.042 which is equivalent to 600 dpi resolution lamicron, do you have a Chinese machine that can run at 1000 mm/sec??

You can do it engraving in any chinese machine, I think the work area is important, if it is too little you will only have acc and dec, will not get the real speed , in 900mm x 600 it works ok.
