ok so with the perfect focus makes a perfect track, but still about the smoke, i still havent got a way to make it disapper, tried with airpressure and so on, only on the lowest airpressure(0.1bar) there is less smoke than eg. 1.5bar ?

dont know the ansvers to that, anyone with a samekindof problems ?

You will have smoke no matter if you have airpressure on top, if you are talking about exhausting the smoke, you will need and air extractor.. I dont know what kind of machine you are working with, but you need to close machine door and put the extractor or fan to evacuate the smoke.
I dont know if I am understanding it.

i also have a extractor on the bottom(strong suction) but still i get smoke on top how would i avoid this smoke on top spreading both side of cut hole?
