Newbie questions

Hi I have been looking at buying a laser for about the last 6 months, I think the size and power of machine I am looking for matches the LE400 sold by signstec.com thru Ebay, firstly has anyone had any dealings with this company.

1/ Can this laser cut thru cd's I have to drill 200 holes in them for a friend who embroiders them for greeting cards, I don't know if the laser can cut thru the reflective coating.

2/ Do you need the Photograv software to do good photo engravings.

3/ Can you get a rotary attachment for this type of machine.

I really like the look of the epilog and pinnacle systems but the price is just to much cheapest system available in Ireland is 12,500 euros, I have a budget of 2,500 euros and that has to include delivery and import duty, is this possible?
and are there any dealers in Ireland or England, it would be nice to have some local support.
