| Hello I have two lasers built by this company which i have used for over a year now and the only problem i had was with the PCI Card in the 1200 x 800 wich is a step servo part driving the soft ware all other parts of my lasers are to a very high quility considering the price i paid for them. I to am just about to go to the bank to pay for an lg500 myself as this then gives me the full set Although i consider myself very lucky with mine when you read the posts here of problems people have with no support from were they purchased from thinking they brought from the manufactuer but in fact just a stockist who dosent want to part with his money for a repair. i have watched wk Lasers for a year now and feel they will be one of the good guys and give the help needed as you know this forum could damage them considrable as many people are watching and waiting to buy from a good cheap supplier whose products are improving all the time. REMEMBER THE JAPANESE not so long ago they were just the same and now if you need to trust your life on a product buy from Japan (sad but True) if not buy from China) who knows you may just get the good ones. |

| Jack; I should be home late this afternoon. I'll hit the bank then. Sorry the picture request was because all the pictures you have send so far are grossly stretched about twice the normal width so the machine appears wider that I suspect it is. So far I am just going on outside measurements for fit. But I thought it would be nice to see an actual picture. Thanks Mike

| Hi Mike, I bought LG500 laser from Wklaser in november 2009. After 6 weeks of delivery time the machine arrived in a big wooden box sealed with oil protected in best condition. After installing the pci controller card and connecting machine it works instantly. The machine is rock solid using taiwan linear guides for high precision and 3 phase stepper motors for smooth servo like moving. All serviceable parts are behind doors so no problem to reach them. They used commonly available stepper drivers and laser power supply in the machine to be serviceable also after some years of operation. I run the machine using Lasercut 5.1 and Corel Draw X3. If you want to operate the machine stand alone order a USB controller MPC5215. Thank you Tina for the good support and smooth transaction. Michael |
