I have problem with that company and problem is in shipment. In proforma invoice what I payed is clearly indicated that I was payed CIF Rijeka(Croatia).
Is it normal that my machine arrive in Danmark( few thousand kilometers from Croatia and now I must pay for transport to Croatia(cca 300 $)?

you can contact with Jinan Ruijie company, and insist on pay destination port after machine arrive in Rijeka.

Jinan Rujie company is a fraud. They will sell you a machine and tell you after they receive your deposit that their are manufacturers delays in getting parts.

Then you have no choice and have to accept the parts they can get. They will not adjust the price based on giving parts that were not what you wanted. They will blame problems with the machine on it being "custom" when in fact it was what they recommended and forced you to buy.

Their machine is not accurate. The tolerances are over 3mm and they say this is normal, the ATC has problems changing the tools accurately, if you get Boring from them it is a waste of money. They are not professional enough to configure this.

They do not provide you with Manuals or any information on your machine.

They do not support their product.

They will cheat you. If you want me to send you more information about what they did ask and I will send it to you. I hope you do not have an experience like I had.
