I have MasterCamX and want to creat a NC program I can post to seamweld around a rectangular part with small radius at each corner (please view attached PDF & Ignore bounding box). The arrow represent the orientation of the laser beam and the circle represents the rotation of the clam shell part. I believe it will take the following moves to make the contineous seam. This will require interpolated X,Y, and rotary moves. How do I setup for the rotary? I have a VF4 VMC with Haas HA5C rotary. Any help would be appreciated.
