Problem- Laser engraver Emitting Ray from the tube.

I got this Laser Engraver for INK EXPRESS (HK) in 2005. It's 1280x900 80 watts since then I have been buying my accessories from WEIKE LASER JINAN - Tina is my sales rep.
Last week after working for 10 hours, I left the laser on for 6 hours (which I never did). When I came back I noticed that the laser Tube is continuously emitting ray - similar to the ray you see when you use OPEN-LASER command. I turned the laser off. Since then, if I turn on the laser, the tube will start emitting ray.
My effort so far:
1. I have disconnected the keypad cable - no solution
2. I check the power supply - no visible burnt on it
3. I try a new laser tube - no solution.
Please, I need help - workshop is idle!

why not write me email but only waitting for help here.you mean when you press laser,the laser will emit continuously without stop? if so there maybe some static interrupt. and if you modify any setting in LCD? there's one laser setting,the laser time should be 0.

Check your grounds , you really need a spike driven in the earth and to take all grounds from the various components in the laser to this ground.
