Please help i have brought a rabbit3040 engraving machine from china (dont no why)
i have had this machine now for months and cant get it to work
the problem i am having is when i try to use newlydraw software it will not tell my machine to engrave when it when i click engrave now i am using windows xp 32bit with printer port lpt1 port, not usb can any one help me out to get this machine working i live in bedfordshire and i will pay anyone to get this machine working for me i would be so greatful for your reply my mobile number is 07402337683 or bb pin 28A698F

newlydraw is really very like trash
your machine is control by computer? when you click engrave,no response?pls write to me by email

Not sure this will help. but make sure whatever you are engraving is enclosed. In other words, you should be able to engrave the inside area a circle, but you can not engrave a line.
