Need Help!- Cutting using moshisoft stuff

Hi. I've spent may months trying to cut exporting from Coreldraw. I use the software I received with the chinese laser (moshisoft) but they always have any problem.


Sometimes laser doesn't want to cut.

Sometimes laser wants to go over the working area, causing a lot of crap sound and stopping only when I swith off the laser machine.


Sometimes laser wants to cut only a few parts of the design, not all of them.


And... sometimes laser goes well.


I have two questions about it. Is there any way to resolve this kind of issues? I used the sotfware versions Shenhui told me (Coreldraw 12, Widnows XP system)

My second question is: Is there any place where I can purchase an upgrade for this laser machine? Like another control board and software where I can cut directly from CorelDRAW or similar.
