Need Help!- cnc laser cutter

new to this so please bear with me - i have a laser cnc cutter and get the error "Laser1 err" when i try to run the machine ...any ideas???

its from china - its a 1310 made by salecnc.com - it has never been used - i have only just got it and trying to get it up and running

i am using coral 12 and the drivers that was supplier with it

what do you mean by "sell cnc 1310 laser controller"

Our laser machine also use coreldraw 12 software, yet our control board is different from them. so we think it is much more better to contact with the supplier directly, they should offer good after service to you.

Hi there
it looks like you have the version with a DSP controller but without picture from the inside I can not tell what is in there for stepper motor driver and laser power supply if you want you can send the picture to me via PM at a542002@hotmail.com
over all the message laser 1 usually means that the laser powersupply is not setup right because if you have only one laser tube the DSP controller needs to be connected on laser 1 with the laser power supply only after the DSP controller dedect this connection you can move forward.
