I need help with Laser Engraving Machine DC-K40 (no fire in the pipe)

Hello.
I am from Bosnia. City of Sarajevo, My name is Bekir.
I hope you will help me succeed...

I bought the Laser Engraving Machine DC-K40 through eBay.
I have a problem, the fire in the pipe does not appear

I controlled the fuse for the power - OK
connect to ground - OK
water circulating in pipes - OK
Cleaned all mirrors - OK
Water temperature - OK

But even after all this, there is no fire in the pipe ...
When I send the machine to do something, the machine works, but no fire ...
When I click the test button on the laser machine, no fire ...
I enforced a laser intensity on the machine but nothing ...
just no fire in the pipe ...

I need help, the two months I am trying to solve the problem but nothing.
makes me crazy ...

This is the machine:

Laser Engraving/Cutting Machine (DC-K40) - China Stamping, Stamping Part, Automatic Stamping in Cutting & Fold-bend Machine

Forgive me for my English ...
If it is bad ...
Thank you ...

99% this machine does not have top cover safety switch nor flow switch.

K-40s do have a "safety switch" of sorts on the top. They have two red buttons one labeled Laser Switch and one labeld Test Switch. The Laser Switch must be in the "in" or "on" position for the laser to fire.

In my K-40 that switch was wired to the water protection input on the power supply so that when it was pressed in it connected the water protection to ground or other wises left it unconnected.

All the buttons that need to be involved are involved.
But there is simply no light in the tube ...
The only thing I have not examined, the wiring from the power supply to the tube ...
I Capture the board today to see some light glows green, some red ...
I do not know she should be all green?

If you think the laser is firing it could be your mirrors off alignment. The means at some point the beam is missing the next mirror which would result in nothing happening at the head where your expecting it.

Check out the alignment tutorials online for help with that. Be careful and wear eye protection especially if they are that far out of alignment where you don't know where the beam is going.

This is what Red Point (Red Dot) is for.
If you have a real Red Point you wouldn`t have to fight with handheld laser pointer and you would have alignment set 100% perfect.

Hi Cinematic2,

Could you please give some more details of the real Red Point (pic would be good) and how you would use it for alignment please.

Thanks,

Tweakie.

Just like that.
This is my one of my machines real picture.
Smoke is to visualize red beam that is normally invisible in the air.
