What causes and how to exclude advertising engraving machine ’s common faults ?

Engraving machine common faults are:
1, the spindle motor short circuit, bad bearings, broken rotor, rotor slip wire, etc.
2, limit switches and limit switches lines perishable
3, Z-axis 608 is easy to bad ,
4,Pump easy to ring or no water
5, compasses half a year later prone to slip marks
6, Z-axis lead screw will be walking a long time, noise, often when walking up and down the card
7, Z-axis and Y-axis dust does not good soil too much
8, X-axis and Y-axis lead screw nut is easy to fall, the machine is easy to loose top wire
9, the drive is easy to short circuit, the stepper motor is not easy to turn off the shaft, up and down a clearance to use engraving machine should pay attention to safety with Power
10, engraving machine can not send signals

Be caused by:
1) software parameters set incorrectly
2) Machine and computer is not online
3） computer serial port in question
4) software transfer rate is inconsistent with the engraving machine baud rate

Solution: 1) re-set parameter
2) Press the "offline" button to make lights off
3) use another serial port
4) to re-set the baud rate
