Hi all, i am working with a CX-1260 Laser machine 80W and LAsercut 5.0 with MPC03 Card. It worked very well since 3 years. Some Tube changing, some software crashes... the small things , ya know... But today - PROBLEMS - !! The motors didnt work anymore ! Checklist: Driver/Software/Dog - OK MPC03 Card: The green LED No. 4 is on, if I move the head with the software the LEDs go on as they should. Card semms ok and no errors in software (driver). But the head didnt move ! Then i checked the P68 Patchboard inside the machine. ALL LEDs are off ! I try to move the head over the control board - nothing happens. No movement, no LEDs. 5V ok. Now checking the power supply if there is mistake. ANY IDEA ???? Please Help. |

| Hi again, ![]() maybe someone is familiar with that kind of trouble. First the things that are checked and ok. -Cant move the head by hand. The motors are "on break" and OK. I have to switch off the machine then they are free. OK. -LED D1,D2,D3,D4 on PCI Card MPC03 are on/off as they should be when moving X/Y axis in the software. -Laser can be fired with the Test-Button. -No error message from software - Software/Card Driver ok. -Green Lights and voltage on the drivers (the black boxes). -Chip 26LS31 changed twice on the MPC03 Board. All ok. Now the bad stuff. -The Motors (X-, and Y-axis) dont move. -All lights on the P68-LV Breakout-Board are OFF. -I can NOT move the head. Wether by pushing the buttons on machine nor by software. More information for troubleshooting. If i push a move-button on the machine the corresponding wires on the left side of the P68-LV Board says 4.88V. But nothing happens with the motors. The Power-LED and ALL axis lamps on the P68 are OFF. The Multimeter says 4.88V between pin 1 and 2 on the P68-LV board. The fan of the big main power-supply is working. There is another big "High-Voltage" Device above the P68. It show a green LED and its fan is also working. There is a smaller "High-Voltage" Device with lots of holes in the cover. The green LED inside is OFF. Any Idea ????? Urgent ! Winter is coming !! Many thanks ! |
