Who do you consider to be the best co2 laser seller? [+Poll]

Hello everyone,

First something about myself:
I've made a homemade lasercutter before (60W) but the laser died (after already being replaced after the 1st one died). But with all this material lying around (mirrors, steppers, linear guideways, lenses, chiller, air pump,...) i was thinking about buying another one.
I've bought mine online from a webshop in europe but won't do so anymore as both the tubes I got from it died pretty fast.

So I was wondering what you considered to be the best co2 laser seller.
-who have you bought one from
-is it still working (or how long did it work)
-service (warranty, email reply, ...)
-price
-shipping (packing, arrived in one piece)
-overall experience
-other problems
-...

I know some of them are:

There are a lot of threads about chinese suppliers like xyz, rabbit, wg leike etc. Just read around and use the search a bit.

I have a lasermachine from HX laser(rabbit). Although it is still working, I would not buy this machine again as the finish of the machine is not that good and they saved money on the wrong components. Of course, I could know this up front as the machine is cheap. But, this could all have changed in the last few years. I know a lot of progress has been made. My machine is bought in november of 2009.

most of the brands you suggested deliver whole machines. What I'm really searching for is suppliers that deliver tubes themselves (in the 40-60W range).
However, you're right about a lot of stuff already being written on this forum but it would be nice to bundle this information a bit. Threads with real reviews or experiences with sellers/manufacturers are harder to find.

I'm trying to contact directly to the factory (Shandong Shenhui Laser Science and Technology R & D CO ),... I have asked the price of a new model (similar to K40), but with integrated DSP, air, ... (SH-Mini 2030)
When I know more I shall tell you.

Currently ebay sellers only sell K40III and only one seller the K40VI version.

The K40III version are on Parallel or USB port. Beware!

I supouse yes, but they are't the laser tube manufacture.
