this is what will happen if you have problems with laser producer

since the start ,every week new problem
machine on bottom damaged
water safety valve not working
stepper motor turns different direction
stepper controller stopped ,changed to new one
bearing of guidance rail broke !!!!
endswitches dont work
cutting works ,then engraving gives problems,complete different shape
after engraving laser dont stop......
starting to move from itself like poltergeist
and some other minor repairs

so i just hope you find better producer
they also known under the name jinan wisdom machinery
and if the problems are too much ,no reaction

i buy many machinery from china ,but this is a real dissapointment.
