As you can see on pictures the body is well made, very sturdy and heavy (app. 90kg) so it's almost vibration free. Front door is a bit loose, but it causes no problems opening and closing. The thing that I miss is safety switch on the cover. Contacts on back panel are easily accessible, but I miss one more 220 jack to plug in exhaust fan. (had to do extra wiring and switch) Control panel is soft touch and there's no big emergency stop button (too bad). |

Let take a look inside of the machine 1. motorised up and down table is made with chinese precision, controlled by two buttons on right side of the machine, and it makes some strange noise when moving up and down (I think it's something in chinese language, that I don't understand LOL) 2. MB is installed on lower right side and it looks clean, nothing special about it. 3. Red dot is positionet just behind the head 4. The honeycomb table is boxed and it sits on a lift platform (again chinese precision) |

Standard accessories are air pump, exhaust fan, water pump (hidden in the tank with distilled water) and nice toolbox. I've also ordered rotary device, and you won't believe it works. Only hard thing is to connect the device, because connectors are just behind Y axis rails. |

Really bad issue was honeycomb table. As you can see, honeycomb table was few cm smaller than actual work size. And if you subtract the edge you get work size app 24x34 cm not 30x40 cm as it should be. If you look on the smaller pic, you could see that the table is from one to the other edge. And actual work size is 30x40. So I contacted my local agent and agent in china and after some persuasion why do I need such work size, the finally decided that they will send me a bigger table. But I will have to wait for about 2-3 months (for my local dealers first import). So in my case after sale support from JQ was sufficient. BTW in the mean time I have to improvise, so does anyone have some ideas how to make alternative work table. |
