Need Help!- Laser GCC Spirit

I got this new problem. Laser Engraving is not balanced. Please Check attached image and suggest fast

Hello Engravers Please help me out.. Please see the attached image.. Why my engraver just drops power in the middle of every engraving..

DPI500 (Increasing DPI to 1000 it does the same some areas engrave deep and some at low power)
Speed 50
power 95
ppi 400


Tell me what could be the reason. Plz..

1. Check your alignment.
2. Watch your temp while engraving, see if it fluctuates.
3. Try engraving on a different material, wood has grain, and that grain can cause problems with a smooth etching. Try MDF or something else.
4. Increasing DPI shouldn't fix this kind of problem.

I almost forgot the most important one, make sure the machine chassis has it's own ground wire run outside to a grounding rod.

Clean the rollers and rails properly and check the shaft encoders in the X and Y motor housing havent got dusty for the first picture. The 2nd picture looks like a failing tube , clean all the fans in the tube enclosure and blow all the dust off the heatsinks of the tube. how old is the tube?
