Will Pay for Help in New Jersey

Purchased a Chinese laser with 6515 controller and Lasercut5.3 software. Have it up and running- at least the machine and computer are connected and most of the functions work. I can upload files to the laser, but when testing the laser seems to be mis-calibrated and not know the size of work area, or project. I am still getting errors like "soft stop" etc. I would like to pay someone to come out to my location in North West NJ to help finish the setup and teach me how to properly use/maintain this machine. I understand that this is somewhat of a cop-out but have been through the forums here reading as much as I can but have run out of time to get this machine working.

I have the manual for the product but the errors I'm getting and translations of English are poor enough to need additional help.

Normally when the laser does not know the size of the project or tthe engraving file, it is a miscommunication between the drawing software (artcut?) and the machine. Try to make sure your engraving table size is also set in your drawing software. For instance if your laser is 11 x 15 inches WORKING SIZE, make your artwork also in a 11 x 15 environment.
