Need Help!- mpc6535, laser cut 5.3

I have just installed a new mpc6535 and downloaded all the firmware and dll files for Laser Cut 5.3. Everything seems to work ok except that it does not seem to find the right on the worktable or cutting the right size. The work table is 1600mm (Y) x2300 (X) mm. It is just like it scales down the size by about 25%. If I move the material in the program (LaserCut) it seem the all over desk also comply with the meaning that the boom stands and hitting against the end stop when it gets there. Do not know if I made myself understood on my problem but if anyone has a clue about this I would appreciate help.

LaserCut has a settings dialog box that you can reach via the FIle menu. If those settings are not enough, you can find two or so configuration files where the application is located on your harddisk.

The controller itself knows nothing about the hardware that is moves. You need to set the pulses required to travel a certain distance, and the size of the table (among many other settings). You can also download and upload those settings from the controller via LaserCut

I have the right pulses according to the factory settings and also downloaded the configuration files. If I drew a square, 200x200 mm, it makes a 120x120 mm cut and start at the middle of the work table when I put the drawing at the bottom left on the desk. It looks just like the factory settings are completely wrong. I have also tested with the old settings from my broken controller but they will not work either.

6.2.1 Pulse unit It means the distance that the laser head moves when the control system output a pulse.

I also have a problem with MPC6535 and MPC6575.
Machine works well untill I use Set Laser Origin (or Set Origin Position) under Laser.
When I set any value in Position X Y file gets unacceptable for machine (Soft Stop command).
There was no problem when I was using MPC6515
Anyone knows the problem...?
