Hi Some of my saved newlydraw files (.ndr) will not open anymore resulting in ND crashing with a send to MS message. Also when engraving using ND text the machine suddenly jolts either left or right about 5-8mm resulting in split engraving. Anyone experienced these issues? Is it ND? Sometimes it works though... | The split text sounds like a mechanical issue, losing steps would be my guess. This could be from running too fast, excess friction or some other factor. It would be easy to check, after running the job return back to the origin and verify if it is in the same location. The corrupt .ndr files is not something I have seen before, if you want to send me 1 or 2 I could probably recover them for you. Zax. |
