We produce stamps with CD based on imported .JPG files generated on our web site. When we engrave stamps we place each imported file into a table where each cell has the exact same size as the image. The table has lines set for cutting. When laser has done its job we are left with rubber in the desired size but we have to manually cut away the excess rubber outside the engraved area. We want to find a way to have the laser do this cutting for us - eliminating need for manual cutting as this is very time consuming. Does anyone know a way to do this? |

| Can you set the design in a box that is a shade of gray. The laser should you shades of gray as raster files. Darker the shade the deeper the cut. I've never cut out a rubber stamp but was working with a laser at work the other day to engrave various different patterns on acrylic. Dan |
