vl-200 engraving table error

i can use my honeycomb table no problem, but when i try to engrave on the engraving table i get the following error.

a fixture or table seems to be incorrectly attached tot he Versalaser's engraving platform.

Things I have already tried.
-made sure fixture is set to none when i print in corel draw and send it over to versalaser control panel
- talked ot techs upport at universal laser and made sure all the pins RE correctly set up
-honeycomb plate works fine
