Hi Everyone, Ive been searching for a used system for some time and came across a Versalaser VL200 30 watt Ive been playing with it for 2 days now and have noticed some issues with an inability to cut (3/16" wood , 1/8" acrylic) with the standard settings These materials are requiring 2-3 passes I removed the mirror and lens and have noticed that there is a build up on both , im not sure what a normal amount of soot is on a lens but regardless im well aware that they should be clean. I just ordered some lens cleaner and am waiting on the package... im just worried that the they may need replacement my other issue that it my laser only came with a cutting table and it seems that my (0,0) position is about 1/8" to the right of the honeycomb and it overlaps the metal at the end of the table... is this common for these tables or is it a issue with my lasers alignment? Sorry for the dumb questions Thanks for any help ![]() |
