Need Help!- LASER CUT M/C PROBLEM

Hi all ,,
i have laser cutiing machine TRUMPF-TRUMATIC L2503E - TURBO 1500 Watt ,,
when i starting up machine in charging step ,, take a long time and finally go to reset position by itself ,, not charging and message appear "Resonator Time Out" .

that's the first time happened ,, all gases is ok ,, i changed it many times from reliable sources ,,
and checked all connectors pipes ,, all is ok ,,
So, pls. if any one have any idea ,, pls. advise .
