Need Help!- About the rubber laser cutting

Hi,

When we using the laser engraving machine to cutting rubber or plastic, there always go with dash and the cutting is smelly. We know it is the ineluctable phenomena when the laser is engraving/cutting.

But is anyone had meet this situation before? and can you give me some suggestions to reduce the dash and smell?

Any words by returned will be appreciated.

There is odor less and odor free rubber. The problem is price. We sell odor less for $11 per sheet ans odor free for $15 - compare with $7 for standart grey rubber.
