Need Help!- Laser maschine DC-K40III

Hello Sirs
I bought this maschine in ebay, a new one , with software newlydraw, but I can't do nothing with it.
I have installed it, I open a seal , then I sad to engrave but the machine moves like engraving but in the paper nothing.
The laser works when I press test .
It wrote me something in the upper left corner when I press draw line but also in this, when it writes a triangle, it cames just half printed, not all.
I don’t know how to resolve this.
I can’t see where change settings to engrave in a paper a4 or in a piece of wood.
I have search in internet but there is no explanation how to use this software.
If you can hel me I really appreciate because now I can’t do really nothing with the engraver maschine.

May be you should check the Operating Manual at first. And then check the test training content. Some times machine has thickness request for the engraving materials, may be you should also check the materials.
