Laser tube works on frame drawing and works while moving the head.

Hello guys!
Im using standard China blue-white laser cutter 50wt


The story: few days ago my laser got stuck firing at one point right in the middle of work, and after restart I have found that tube gone dead (on pulse test - no light inside and lightnings from cathode).
Received a new tube, added ammeter (LensDigital - How to add ammeter to 50W Chinese laser cutter from eBay) and got

THIS ISSUE: laser continues firing while moving from one drawing line to another.

Pressing the "Frame" button gives a very weak laser too, so now the frame is literally drawn on plywood.

You can clearly see that laser works continuously even at moments where it must be turned off.

Please give me an advise what this could be?
How to fix this, or what should I replace?
