    restarting or continuing a job

Hello everyone. My name is Glen. Part of the glenmichele partnership here with our "baby" a 2002, hardly used Larkin Shop Cam. We recently had it upgraded from the dos system (LCam), to Star Cam.
I pretty much love it now, with the exception of a couple of problems, or I should say my inexperience.
I tried to get an answer from Larry Kenny, and he has been great when I do get ahold of him, but he does not respond.

How do I get the "run around border" to work for me.

Also on the Lcam version I could restart a job, or continue where I left off.

On the Star Cam, I don't see a function for this.

I was 2.5 hours into carving my sign and the bit broke. Halfway through the last letter. I replaced the bit, and the only option I could see is the Run button. This starts the job all over again.

Grrrrr. There has got to be a better way that I've over looked.

Is there andy kind of detailed manual hard copy, or online that deals with all aspects of all possible functions.

The run around border was great in Lcam too, but is greyed out on my Star Cam.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers from the 'boo

I did respond at least once, but I'm in the middle of adding the features you are asking about, and it isn't quite ready to be released.

There is no need to recut the whole job unless that controur is a continous chain with no tool lifts. You can reselect just the parts you n3eed to cut in Starcam and cut from there.

Adding Plasmacutter support has kept me busy for the last month, but I will have a new starcam on my site by March 15 /10

    Pause

the pause function is the only thing that i know you might be able to use? to pause when you see that your bit broke and replace then continue from there?
