Maybe this guy is dialing the wrong number. I have talked with Larry many times with helping us get our machine up and running and a couple tech problems and have always had no problems. In fact I normally have to have him repeat stuff a couple times. He knows his products so well that he just rolls right threw it. |

| I can't speak for all of there machines but the one we have is a 6x10 and it's a tank. It is built very well and works very good. It seems to me, because of the size of the company, everything is designed and build by them you can get all info from the same place. Larry is very helpful wether its operator error or there happens to be a problem with the machine. If our company was in need of another machine I would buy another Larken. Just my 2 cents. |

I have e-amied Larry several times and he has been very helpful to me. The machine is soundly built - not at all cheaply built I got to cut some wood yesterday - and it cuts very nicely. I am still learning the machine, and there are still a couple of issues to work through. Two things for sure. 1) Larry is there and he is helpful 2) The machine is well made. To me those tos things are very important. Quality and service. No I don't work for Larken - I am just impressed with them. Leo |
