Spindle will not start

Yesterday I used the machine and it worked fine.

Still - I needed to turn on/off the spindle in the spooler by clicking the spindle on off button.

This morning - I cannot get the spindle to start at all.

Is there any way I can get some help?

I got the spindle to start - by changing "controller type" I am using type 2 controller.

Still - even though the configuration area, has the spindle auto start and auto stop checked ---- the spindle does not stop automatically.

Yes your controller type should have been REV-2. If not then the spindle won't start. What was it set to ?

Does the spindle start when you click the spindle start butt on the screen or just not start from a file ?

With Larry's help the spindle start/stop problem has been solved and is no longer a problem
