Have a Lagunmatic Mill with a Delta 20 controller. If it sits for a couple of hours then everything in memory clears including the settings and zeros. I can feed code via RS232 and the machine runs but if i leave and come back the controller loses its settings. does anyone have any experience with this problem and/or know how to fix it? Yes, change the battery. It's inside the card rack. Take off the fron aluminum cover and you will see it in a black holder with a little rubber strap around it. Looks like a AA, but if I remember correctly its a 3 volt lithium battery. You can pull the board out if you need to. Dynapath has all the PIC tables loaded on a eprom. |
