Today I called Lagun, hoping to get some guidance and info on my FTV-4. I was not sure how much help they would be. I got in touch with the Parts/Service Sales Rep...but I had some technical questions...so they put me through to a Tech. It turns out the Tech they put me through to was one of the designers who actually designed the 1st Generation Lagun FTV4 back in the late 60's! Needless to say...he was knowledgeable about the construction of the machine! I know Lagun is perhaps a bit too proud of their replacement parts...but it is refreshing to actually be able to get in touch with people who truly know their product. |
