    smithy 3n1 to cnc

Ijust found this sight and i am wondering if anyone has converted a 1220 ltd to cnc? I went to harbor freight today to buy a mill,it was on sale but no one has it in stock including grizzly, they are on back order i was going to convert .I already own the smithy,it was supposed to be cnc ready all i would need was the kit,so i called to order the kit and was told it was discontinued that the machine didn't work well with cnc ,bought the machine a year ago so at this point i need a lot of help, thanks Kenneth
