    Replacing Reverse Clutch Rod

The previous owner of our Alliant RT 2V Vertical Mill (Bridgeport clone) broke off the Feed Reverse Knob Assembly from the Reverse Clutch Rod and damaged the rod to the point where it needs to be replaced.

We have ordered both the Feed Reverse Knob Assembly and the Reverse Clutch Rod and need instructions replacing the rod. Can someone step us through the sequence of disassembling gears and shafts to replace this rod?

    Thank you in advance!
