Lagun Plus 3

Hello;
Recently brought Lagun Plus 3 in Australia. have being trouble finding out what mill it actually is FTV-4, FTV-2 etc and also a manual for it. The serial numbers have been removed. All we have on the side is a plate with
Plano No. 1601 9601
05651
10-97-13843
If amone can helps us with any information on this machine it would be greatly appreicated
