I have a 96 kitamura mycenter 0 spark changer. Was running a program that has been running for a few weeks. Machine went up for a last tool change at the end of program before the pallet change, and stopped. 3143 overun z alarm. 2nd ls switch will not clear alarm. private service tech looked at machine and suggested that I have the FC300B ax1 card checked by Yaskawa. I did, Yaskawa says there's nothing wrong with the card. It is being sent back to me right now. Has anyone out there had this problem. I don't know what to do next.  |
