Hi Guyz! I have the issue with the turning Kitamura Problem! Kitamura, Model KNC - 20G, Series: 1496 OSP KNC-Fanuc! Alarm of machine is Spindle alarm, but finally cheking, problem is the belt transmission from spindle motor to chuck was broken! And another Kitamura Machine is same model, when manufacturing a big workpiece, sometimes Spindle alarm is on! Alarm: EX 1103 Spindle alarm! Please help me why it happened and show me the way to solve that Problem! Thank you! Kakashi  |
