Spindle stuck at 6 rpm help please

Hi I have a myturn-20 and my spindle when turned on cw or ccw it stays at 6 rpm is there something I should look at is this a parameter issue or something else any help would be great it has a fanuc 10t control and a hydraulic chuck. Thanks Anthony
