Hope someone recognizes this issue. Currently I'm getting the Kitamura to Yasnac (yaskawa) it's the otherguys problem runaround. My machine is I believe a 1997-1999 era machine with Yasnac controls. The problem is when I run high rpm's ( 10K ) the machine will at times just fail to start motion after a Z axis move. I thought it may be a spindle speed problem but that does not seem to be the case. If I am at 10K rpm and the motion stops I can turn the speed override to 70% and motion will start again, once it starts moving I can return it to 100% and it may be good for an hour or 10 minutes. I've recently discovered that if I run with the filters removed from the cabinet I can run at 90% without issue. So it is likely heat related but again I have no real proof. When the motion stops I get either a blinking R or a blinking F on the screen which indicates that the last command never finished. Any help would be appreciated.
