Mycenter 2 alarm 433 and 401 | |
hello everyone
I'm a complete newbie to the cnc world. I recently purchased a Kitamura Mycenter 2 with Fanuc System 6M Model A controller in an auction. the machine was working beautifully but recently it has given me alarm code 433 " The position deflector amount of the Z axis exceeded +- 32767. OR the velocity command value of the DA converter is out of range of +8191~-8192. Incorrect setting will cause this alarm." i cant Home it out its stops and alarms out.
The machine had the Z servo replace before i bought it. i noticed that when i'm homing it the Z axis is never on 0 its always in the range of .0245-.0174.. but X, Y always return to .0001
In Manual mode the machine works great..
My question is how do i fix this problem I could use some help ASAP i need to run some parts.
