Kitamura mycenter2 alarm 401

Hello
I have Machining center Kitamura Mycenter 2 with fanuc 6M control
Now . It alarm 401 and sometime alarm 420 Y axis come up too.
Where should be look for checking.
Any help will be appreciated.

When were the brushes checked last? also after many years of use, the DC motors require dismantling and the carbon residue cleaned out from below the brush gear.

I have check and clean Brush few months ago
Seem it OK. I do this becuase this alarm come up those time too.
But seem not correct problem
Is it posible Encoder deflective?
If so. How to check it.
Any other that can resolve this

This is simple metode for checking encoder condition :
replace Y axis encoder with X axis encoder, if alarm appear in X axis. an encoder for Y axis was defect.
