ATC Servo Alarm 2025

Hey, I have a Mycenter 3x 2002, w/Fanuc 16i M control that is giving me a
'ATC servo Alarm 2025', The problem started with trying to change tools w/o zero returning the machine. Now I got everything back to normal except the alarm won't go away . . .does anyone know how to clear this?

I have the same 2025 and can not start the spindle or warm up program. Need help asap.
