KITAMURA Lathe Myturn-30B problem !!??

Any one can help to solve my Lathe KITAMURA Myturn-30B with FANUC 0TB?
its down for two month ago, still can not repair until now.

The last problem is the spindle can’t run under manual button control mode and/or in the automatic operations.
I’ve checked all of safety condition of protection that may make spindle hold on, but not found.
When run the program it will break at M03 and show BUF state on CRT monitor, can’t go to next block or lines.
All of the operation switches are in correct state.
All the doors are closed; if not close it will show alarm.
The ATC / Tool number was call correct and completely finished.
The S speed code was input and finished transfer.
The chuck was clamped, if not clamp it will show alarm.
I tested with M19 command; it works fine for spindle orientation finished with no alarm.
I tested with M28 / M29 door close / open; It works fine and finished cycle.
I tested with M38 / M39 door spindle gear change HI / LOW; It works fine and finished cycle, I saw the spindle was rotating when gear changing.
So the spindle drive unit was Ok with no alarm.

I’m not sure what that I forget?

We can’t solve this problem until now because for Myturn-30B we not have any document, its second hand machine.

If any one have the electrical wiring and PC ladder diagram need to sell or help I welcome and will thanks a lot.
