problem in opening large g-code with registered kcam

hi
i have a registered version of k cam , but when i try to open large g code files it takes very long time opening the file, and after waiting for more than 30 minutes i always close the program to terminate opening the g code .
can anyone tell me what is the problem ?????

I don't run Kcam, you could try this while you try to open a file.

1) Ctrl + Alt + Delete

When the "Windows Task Manager" opens click on the "Applications" tab & make sure that "Status" (top right side of the screen) reads "Running".

It'll save you at the very least, 29.5 minutes.

How large is the g-code file?

thank you switcher especially for the (ctrl-alt-del)-advice , it saves a lot of time . it's always my prefered choice .

That's a very small program, so the file size (945 KB) should never be the problem.

Again I don't use Kcam, but it looks like that text file has a bunch of extra stuff, or is that the Kcam format?

How did you generate that file?

i open the g-code file from the kcam in the gc format, but i made it a text file just to explain the g-code or you .

KCAM can read standard g-code files. Can you create the same file in standard g-code and see if that works?
