    Alignment Problem

When surfacing a board I'm get a "step" pattern on the board along the X axis. I've tracked this down to the spindle leaning forward about .2 degrees. I have a KG2935G with an HSD spindle and an 8" Z axis height.

Does anyone know how to adjust this? I think it's called a trunnion adjustment but I'm still learning CNC lingo.

    Thanks,
    Chris Esser

On my home built router, I shimmed the spindle with a piece of tape.

I think the word your looking for is tram.
