Delrin Guides??

My K2 is a Great Machine, but, as seen earlier,
theres no end bearings for the Lead Screw.
Those Guide Rods are so big, they must keep the alignment.
maybe that's why K-2 didn't put them. Short Travel.
I just wanted to have something there to keep alignment for the Lead Screws
So.....

I made this Delrin Guide.
It fits in the End Plates.
And....

Here it is on my K2 Mill.
It has a close fit to the Lead Screw, so, it spinds with it.
The Outside Diameter fits into the space in the Guide Plates,so, it doesn't hinder the travel.

Hey Tauseef,
I got one of their Bosh Colt Router Mounts too.
Just in case I wanted to go with a Trimmer later.
The Makita 1101 is great, but, it's an overkill...
I put on a air deflector at the bottom because the Makita
blows air down thru the Body and out where the spindle and dust is.
